Privacy Policy
FollowerX helps you understand and manage relationships associated with an X account. This policy explains what data the app processes and why.
Data we process
- An anonymous app identifier and connected X account identifiers and public profile information.
- Follower and following relationship snapshots, derived changes, exclusions and daily statistics.
- Account connection data required to keep your X account connected and perform actions you request.
- Preferences, subscription entitlement, push-notification token and app interaction, performance and crash diagnostics.
How we use data
We use this information to connect accounts, synchronize relationship data, perform actions you explicitly confirm, deliver requested notifications, restore purchases, protect the service and improve reliability. Analytics events do not contain X identifiers, handles, follower lists or raw error messages.
Service providers
FollowerX works with service providers for app operation, analytics, diagnostics, messaging, distribution, purchases and notifications, and with X to provide account and relationship functionality. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your FollowerX account or connected X account remains active and as needed for security and legal obligations. You can remove one connected account or delete all FollowerX data from Settings. Deletion removes account links, stored relationship data, preferences, device registrations and account connection data, subject to short-lived backups and legally required retention.
Your choices
You can disable notification categories, revoke notification permission in iOS Settings, disconnect an X account, or delete all data in the app. You may also visit the Support page.
Children and changes
FollowerX is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change and will update the date above.
